A feature we'd love to have is the ability to add a 'Membership Enrollment Fee' when patients first join a membership. This would give clinics an extra layer of commitment from patients and help reduce cancellations, since they would need to pay the enrollment fee again if they choose to rejoin later. It would also give us flexibility to waive the enrollment fee during promotions or as an added incentive when onboarding new patients.
