We would like to suggest adding an in-app tipping feature that allows patients to leave a gratuity for their nurse at the time of payment.
Many of our patients have expressed a desire to tip their nurse following their appointment. Currently, this requires a separate transaction, which is less convenient for both the patient and our staff. We believe most patients would prefer the simplicity of completing everything in a single payment.
Adding an optional tipping feature during the checkout process would create a smoother experience, reduce the need for multiple transactions, and make it easier for patients to show their appreciation if they choose to do so.
We believe this enhancement would improve the overall user experience for both patients and providers. Thank you for considering this feature request.
