Could RepeatMD find a way to distinguish between custom plan sales and regular sales in the email notifications we receive? At present, whether a patient purchases a package, takes advantage of a 20% off promotion, or buys a custom plan, all of these transactions appear the same on our end, which leads to confusion. We recently held a St. Patrick's Day sale, a one-day promotion offering 20% off all our cosmetic package treatments. However, on March 19th, I received an email with a 20% off sale for a patient, which led to confusion as we were not currently running this promotion. Upon further investigation by RepeatMD, it was revealed that this was a custom plan created by one of our staff members for the patient. To avoid such confusion in the future, it would be greatly appreciated if the email order summary could clearly indicate when a custom plan is involved. Could RepeatMD please consider implementing this feature for improved clarity?
