Add a function that allows the admin to add a discount to the patient's cart instead of using the custom treatment plan or promo code. For example, when patients have Alle rewards points, it would be helpful to add that discount directly to their cart. Currently, we create a custom plan for the patient to purchase; however, this is time-consuming and can be confusing to patients.
