I’d love the ability to customize the patient facing verbiage for “Free Consultation.” Our practice uses “Complimentary Consultation” because it feels more elevated and better reflects our boutique, personalized patient experience. The word “free” can sometimes feel promotional or discount driven, which doesn’t align with how we position our consultations. Allowing practices to customize this wording would help keep the experience consistent with their individual brand.
