I am using a Beauty Bank style membership, and I have retention offers set up. However, I don't want to offer discounts to people who are still paying in as members. They are not really "lost customers" and now they have stacking discounts. I'd prefer to have some retention offers only set up for non-members who have been in, and different ones for members.
